Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lawton

I only got half the order.The kid running the drive-thru was goofily smiling the whole time he was taking our order. I heard the manager quietly comment to him “you better be careful your gonna get beat up” never really sank in until After I pulled away from the line and drove down the road to discover the bag with only 3 items. I guess I will have to charge this one up to my fault for not looking at the contents of the bag before leaving the Taco Bell parking lot. So we went back to have the order corrected. My wife went inside where there are several employees….hands on hip …filled with nervous anxiety mixed with an aggressive snappy prepared response sporting a presumptious attitude the drive thru kid aka “smiley”immediately retorted “no I didn’t man, I put all your items in the bag, you must have taken them out of the bag so you could come in here and get free food”. My wife leaves the store immediately...

I am NOT a fan of ordering at a kiosk while an employee is sitting on a chair behind the counter. When I ask if I can just order with her, she states I will have to use the kiosk. The older generation is not up with the new technology and prefers the one on one service we use to be able to get in America. We fumbled our way through the whole kiosk experience, got our cups, and moved around to the dining room. Now we can't find a clean table. It's not busy, only 4 other people. I asked the manager if someone could come wipe down a table, but apparently, it fell on deaf ears. The entire time we were there, NOBODY came to clean the dining room. Less than one star. We ordered four simple things online and it took 20 minutes to get our order, there were at least six people in front of us who had been and were still waiting for their order for 15 minutes or more when we went in and were still waiting when we left. There were no cars in the drive through. Some people just got up and left without their food, and several people were saying they wanted their money back because it was taking so long. Also, we ordered a Large drink, and when handed a Medium or Small cup, I asked the cashier working if it was really a Large, and was lied to directly and told it was a Large. We noticed the Large lids were much bigger than the cup, so we knew it was a lie. This location is terrible and I would not suggest going...
