I could only give this store three Stars. And they received three because of the one very friendly staff member in the customer service area at the front entrance. (The rest of the staff just looks at you as you walk by & they don't speak unless the customer does first... And Even if the customer smiles at some of them, they still don't necessarily reciprocate & will forcefully ask... "may I help you?" Even if you have that"dear in headlights look on your face, obviously needing help!)
I was especially disappointed because of the extremely limited shoe selection. I was looking for quality fitness shoes. They didn't have the best diversity when it comes down to styles & especially sizes! When I did find a couple of styles I absolutely loved, each shoe only came in a size 7 1/2 & there was only one pair of each style that I did like!
I was also looking for fingerless, fitness gloves "with grip". While they did have a few, brand named, fitness gloves, only one pair had "grip" that prevents the hands from sliding. Unfortunately, the one pair that I found was sized for people with very small hands.
And when I visited their website, I found it to also be very strange & disappointing. It's not like a general, "normal" store website, like other stores, such as 'Kohl's, 'Shoe Dept. Store', 'Old Macy's, ' Old Navy', or even 'Walmart'! (This comment is not necessarily an endorsement of the individual stores. Just using an example of the user friendly websites)
Your "website" appears to simply "redirect" customers to what appears to be people's social media sites. (Don't know if they are "influencers" perhaps or what?" Why would a customer of your store want to be "redirected" away from your store's website when we're looking for something to purchase that we saw "in-store" and are simply looking for our size?
If your target audience is strictly for "Teens" to "Young Adults" who are extremely petite & wear shoe sizes under size 8, that's fine. No problem... But, please do a better job with your marketing so that 'ADULTS" will not waste their time visiting your brick and mortar store & website when looking for these particular items.

Yesterday I witnessed a terrible act of racism in this store with a young lady and her two kids, being verbally attacked by another customer. The young lady was on the phone speaking Spanish shopping with her children and was not bothering a soul, when another lady out of the blue just verbally attacks her using racist's words in front of everyone and with the young ladies children there. The attacker pushed the young ladies cart hitting her daughter. I need to say the young lady being attack was a (Fort Sill Soldier). The manager was informed, spoking to people who witnessed it, them telling the manager that the young lady was attacked, and the manager still did nothing. The sad part is the if it was not for Fort Sill and the Soldiers, this store or Lawton would financially die. Also, this Soldier is fighting American people and for this country and that ignorant lady is a total slap in the face for the Military. The store and the manager should be ashamed of their selves. I will give it to the young lady and her two kids, because I would not have been in control like that. She shows true control and professionalism on her part. To the management of Ross, I believe you should be more involved with customers and issues of this nature, don't just turn your heads like it did not happen. Your are part of the problem.
