We have used them a number of times. They are the first company that we call when there is a need. They are prompt, trustworthy, and dependable. Their prices are fair with estimates that are right on target. It is refreshing to use a company that actually practices good customer service.
UPDATE. We had another local A/C company come last year (2021) to fix a clogged A/C drain that flooded our hallway and living room. A few months later we had to have them come back after a second, larger flood. We were assured it wouldn't happen again. A year later (June 2022) in the heat of summer we had another much smaller flood. We were disheartened. We asked CoolIt! to come out to give the unit a spring cleaning. When their service rep, Joey, arrived we explained our frustration that the other company said they had resolved the flooding issue which cost quite a bit of money to do. Now we felt we were back at square 1. Joey took pictures inside the unit. He showed us an internal filter that you don't replace but it should be routinely checked and cleaned if needed. We didn't recall any service tech from other companies saying that previously in the 10 years that we have lived here. The picture was disgusting showing it was totally clogged up thereby allowing water to flood. Joey also showed us pictures of the outside unit. The coils were totally clogged with cottonwood seed and pollen. Joey explained that those were 2 reasons our electric bill is unreasonably high. He stated the A/C unit inside and outside was struggling to cool and process air. Joey is an outstanding credit to CoolIt! It was refreshing to meet someone so polite and knowledgeable. My air conditioner suddenly stopped working, so I called them, and they were able to send out a tech the same day—which was already impressive. Sergio showed up, diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything to me in a way I could understand, and got my AC up and running right away. His professionalism and knowledge made me feel confident in their service, so I asked for a quote on a new HVAC system.
That same day, Corey came out to give me a quote, and there was absolutely no pressure—just honest, straightforward information and fair pricing. I decided to move forward, and within the following week, their team was on it. Tommy, JT, Tanner, Jared, and Corey did an incredible job with the installation. They were professional, communicative, and made sure everything was done properly. They also kept everything super clean throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Corey reached out the same day after the system was done and assured me they are there to help if we need anything. He also followed up with me about a week later to check in on how the system is feeling, and I can say it's fantastic!!!
About week after the install, the PSO inspector came out and confirmed that the work was top-notch. He even said they did an amazing job! Now, my new system is working perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

Read moreI can't tell everyone how thrilled that I was to find them also in Hugo, OK. Mark, Ariel, David and Drew couldn't have jumped through more hoops for me. In 2015, a company I won't name, installed our new hvac systems for the upstairs and the downstairs. About a week and a half ago, the upstairs was not getting as cold as it should, so I called, and Mark came that same day and we discovered that I was 4lbs low on coolant(the unit was supposed to hold 5lbs. 12oz) so obviously there was a leak in the system somewhere. Mark charged up the system and then proceeded to schedule David and Drew to come the next day. They did and discovered that the leak was in the coil. Good news was it was still under warranty, bad news was that Lennox did not have just a coil available. Ariel immediately made the warranty claim and made Lennox get them an entire handler, since they couldn't solely find a coil. I'm so excited for when Ariel calls me to schedule the guys to come out to install it and also balance my systems that were never balanced correctly in the first place.
