I was having problems with one of my heat pumps, so I made an appointment with Roy so he could send someone out to my house. I didn't have to wait long...the appointment was the next day. Dallas and Mason came and explained what would be necessary to repair the unit, also told me it may keep breaking. I asked Dallas how much would a replacement be. He gave me a quote and I assumed it would change when he went back the office. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it was indeed the exact price. Dallas told me it would take a day to get the new unit and again he was true to his word. He and Mason came out and installed everything in about a half day. I had a minor problem that night, but Dallas came the next day and fixed it. I couldn't be happier with them. Super professional, super knowledgeable, and hard workers. They represented Dacus extremely well and I would definitely recommend...

These guys installed my HVAC system in my new house. Not my choice. Contractor hired them. 3 months after moving in found out they had hooked the condensation line up backwards causing water to flood my attic soaking insulation and drywall and ruining light fixtures. Brand new house. They them selves “Steve Dacus” the owner, decided to do all the work themselves. Needless to say after ripping all of the drywall out and replacing it over part of kitchen and dining room you can still see where they patched it. Very unprofessional. February 12th 2021, right in the middle of the Artic Winter Storm, We woke up to a frigid house.
