The nurse staff in the back was so great an awesome but the lady at the front desk is something else. I got there at 230. I was told by my daughter doctor she needs to get her second shot 24 hours after the first one. I went up there at the time I was told to be. The lady at the front desk said she was suppose to be here at 10am. I explained that the doctor told me 24 hours so it would be 230. Instead of speaking she gave me a thumbs up. I started seeing Dr Mithlo a month or so ago. She is the most thorough physician I’ve ever seen- and I’ve seen a LOT. She is a Primary Care physician but her specialty is internal medicine. My first appt I needed several things done and some referrals. She definitely made everything feel less overwhelming and within 2 days I received calls to schedule both. Dr Mithlo focuses on patients who are already dealing with chronic conditions but there’s another provider there that handles everything else.
