My bike has been having some mechanical trouble here lately. I went into diamondback Harley 6 weeks ago because I wasn’t sure whether i wanted to buy a new bike or not. I knew exactly what I wanted if I decided to buy. So I went to the dealership to see if they had what I wanted. I spoke with Brandon a fantastic salesman. I told him exactly what I wanted. Heritage classic, black, stretched hard bags, minimum 12” bars, used, low miles, told him my price range. They didn’t have it in stock. Brandon showed me some other bikes but they weren’t what I was looking for. I’m one of those people that knows exactly what they want and don’t mind waiting to find it. Brandon told me he’d keep an eye out. Said he’d call me if it came in. I’ve been told this by salesman before. I didn’t think he would. 6 weeks later I get a call from Brandon. 6 WEEKS! This man remembered exactly what I wanted and called me the second it was arrived. He said “I’ve got your bike. Come take a look. I promise you won’t want to leave here without it.” I drive down to meet Brandon. They were still doing the inspection on it when I arrived. It hadn’t even hit the showroom floor yet. It was perfect. 2012 6k miles. It hit everything I asked him for. Brandon held onto what I told him I wanted for 6 weeks and remembered to call me the second it arrived. And to top it off. It was Brandon’s day off when it was ready to pick up. He drove to work to make sure he got to meet me as I rode it off the lot. I’ve never had an experience buying any vehicle like that. Diamondback Harley and its sales team has gone above and beyond my expectations. I cannot stress to you enough how pleased I am. I will definitely be buying with them again. They really make you feel like they care about what it...
Read moreI have owned 64 motorcycles over a lifetime, I had too many bikes in my garage, about 7 months ago I had the opportunity to purchase my first Harley a 2003 Ultra, after riding it for a few months I decided to buy a 2018 Streetglide, after riding it for a few months I decided that I had too many bikes so I sold the Ultra and traded my 18 Streetglide and 12 Goldwing in for a 25 Roadglide, only time will tell if I made the right decision but so far I am very pleased. When I started the process of looking for a new bike I did my homework with Diamondback by calling 6 Harley dealerships across the U.S. just to make sure the figures they proposed were legit, after a couple of days I feel I have made the right choice by buying from this dealership. Since I have bought, the team has bent over backwards to help with whatever I need to make this transaction smooth...I believe the right people are in the right positions there and the Finance part of this deal was the smoothest part, and Harley( the finance guru ) has all the right answers. Again this is the right dealership...
Read moreI just want to be clear this review is for Medicine Park Harley Davison which is owned by Diamondback. I went to the store yesterday, which was a Tuesday afternoon with my Grandmother who is from out of town. It was not busy as all, we were the only customers in the store. Two employees were working. My Grandmother tried to ask questions about sizing and they were both on the phone and ignored her questions. She continued to shop and the two employees continued to talk amongst themselves and not help us at all. She then picked out two shirts and put them on the counter to be purchased in front of these two employees who ignored her and continued on with there conversation for at least two minutes before helping my Grandmother. I could not imagine a worse experience while shopping in this store. The lack of customer service in this store is disgusting and embarrassing. I will never bring my family members who are die hard Harley riders into this...
