I purchased a laptop from them and it turned on when I was there so I assumed it was good to go. Once I got it home I realized that it couldn't run anything because it was dreadfully slow. I called back to see if we could work something out and I was told its not their problem and they wouldn't even talk to me to go as far as to hang up on me and not answer my call when I called back. My husband and I went in there the other day and the service was not great and we couldn't get help on finding anything. We also went to Pawn a few things and he said he would not take them but when we went to another Pawn shop they took them as soon as we went through the doors. The store was so packed with stuff that I don't see how anyone can find anything in there. Oh well we definitely won't be going back...

Went in for first time today & found the staff very friendly & extremely helpful. Was looking for a particular hand gun and will probably return to buy this weekend after looking around.
