Nice selection. People and Employees are rude, judgmental and seem prejudice if you appear to be an outsider. Not great for business. EDIT* As far as the reply from the owner. Service with a smile is basic good business practices, but because of brainwashing and nepotism that character trait is not instilled. Evryone is an outsider but you want our business. Smh.

Most ignorant judgemental people ive ever meant in my life. If your young and arent amish they will make you feel that uncomfortable that you dont wanna go back. Oh and dont pick up an item and so happen to set it down sonewhere else because just today i got falsly accused of trying to steal something because i didnt set it down in its correct spot. To thw point that they called my job and got me fired! I dont do that and i have a family to take care of just like them. So a false accusation got me fired for no reason and now im out looking for a job so i dont lose my house and the roof i have over my sons heads....

I still have the old building as a memory, been going to Esh Hardware for years. I drive the extra miles from gap, pa. I was a little skeptical of the new building at first. After shopping around the area, i rather just drive the extra miles for the excellent serivce and $$$ saved. Store is very organized. Very well lay down.
