After seeing a lot of advertisements on Facebook I decided to go ahead and place an order (good job marketing team). I ordered a six pack of assorted cookies. The order shipped right away and was at my door within in couple of days. The cookies arrived carefully packaged and everything got to me in one piece. Right away I tried the S'more cookie and... O M G!! Everything exceeded my expectations. Fresh, delicious, and pretty much the perfect cookie. I will definitely be a returning customer. Editing I was about to place another order and noticed that some cookies are only available if you subscribe to their cookie club. The monthly cost is a bit steep, but I figured I'd try it for the minimum three months. Once reached check out and saw that it was going to cost almost two hundred dollars for the order, I immediately hit the brakes and decided that I couldn't justify paying that much money for cookies. Especially because I have no way to know if I would even like the flavors without trying them first. Can your average customer really afford this? I'm still giving you five stars because your cookies are incredible. But please consider allowing customers to order any of your flavors without needing...
Β Β Β Read more4 Days after ordering online I had not heard anything from Taylor. I sent them an email on Saturday requesting tracking info and the status of my order by Monday or I would dispute charges and report to BBB. They emailed me Monday morning with the requested info. Finally got my cookies Thursday night around 8pm. That was the latest time promised, delivery by 8pm on Thursday. So, far, the cookies are just ok. Not the best I've had by a long shot. I ordered a 1/2 dozen variety pack. The cookies are not labeled. The just have a Taylor cookie sticker on them but not what type of cookie it is. The cookies are not secure in the box. There was a bag with styrofoam peanuts on top of them. A few of my cookies were somewhat smooshed due to being loose in the box. For me, I could get really close to making these cookies with the recipe on the back of a nestle chocolate bag. IMO, not worth the price. Crumbl cookies has them easily beat, customer service, taste, presentation. Unless you have a local store , I would not recommend ordering Taylor Cookies and having...
Β Β Β Read moreI ordered Taylor Chip Cookies after seeing the ads on social media. We got six cookies that were shipped out quickly and well packaged, but can't say we were overall thrilled with the cookies themselves.
The oatmeal raisin and snickerdoodle cookies were fine. The best cookie was the lava cake which was moist and chewy. The problem was with the chocolate chip cookies. I usually judge a cookie place by how well they make their chocolate chip cookies. The Taylor Chip chocolate chip cookies were grainy, dry, and had very few chocolate chips. There were so few chocolate chips that I actually thought I was eating the wrong cookie. Three of us tried the cookie and decided it wasn't worth finishing. I had ordered a second chocolate chip cookie that we opened but it looked exactly the same so we just threw it out.
The cookies might be better in person, but outside of the lava cake I see no reason to order from again. Honestly disappointed for what we paid for items...
