I took my car here for a recall and then asked for them to make me 2 keys as spares... They did the recall fine; however the keys (which cost $65) they made me I used the following day and they did not work in the car and ended up causing my theft lock to kick in so the car wouldn't start. I had to have the car towed to another dealership to have the problem fixed which cost me $80. When I tried to bring the problem up to them, I was able to talk to the cashier/receptionist and she was rude and ignorant; but said that it was possible that they could have given me the wrong keys for my car. When I finally got ahold of them, they did reimburst the money to me but wouldn't reimburst me for the $80 towing cost. When I went to the cashier/receptionist to have her put the money back on my card; she was again rude and ignorant not to mention she expressed that people make mistakes (that's a pretty serious mistake). If it wasn't for her and them not reimbursing me for the $80, I would have been okay with the situation; but I felt like it wasn't handled the way it should have been and definitely expressed that I wouldn't be back and would be giving bad reviews. The service manager was nice, but also didn't want to refund the $80 towing cost... so because of their mistake, I am out $80. Some of the workers were nice, but the overall experience was not pleasant and I won't return; I should have read the reviews before taking...

My current tires only have 31,000 miles on them. The oil change included checking all fluid levels, topping them off and tire rotation. A week later I use my windshield wipers and fluid. I don't have any fluid left and of course the light comes on. Just an easy fix on my part but frustrating because they should have taken care of this with the $54 oil change. I have to wonder what else they didn't check or take care of. I called and talked to the service manager, all he said was they should have checked it. Not a sorry, not come in and we'll top that off for you... nothing. It was frustrating at best, worst yet is my trust with them to take care of one my most expensive purchases and keep my warranty in place is gone. Guess I have to drive to St. Louis to get it taken...
Read moreThey were very kind. The car looks very nice and drives great. The AC may need charged, but I'm sure that they will be able to fix it for me if so. It was easy and hassle free working with them, and they took good care of my sister, too. Update: The ac compressor ended up going out, and the dealership is making it right. No one is perfect, but if you have any issues, reach out. They will make it right! Update number 2: the car also had so bad of am alignment since I got it that the tires are already worn down to the wire on the inside, but the tread is almost perfect on the outside. 2 months after getting the car, I had to replace have 2 tires replaced while at work so I could get home safely tonight. That cost me $250- on the day of my car payment. Turns out when I went to the alignment shop, it was the caster that was off that bad- Leadbelt sold it to me that way. It cost an additional $130 for...
