Doctor Brenon is amazing. I always feel like he cares about my children's eyes. So for his sake I wish he had better secretaries in his office because they are embarrassing him. They claim to have made calls about pick ups they never made, when asked to check insurance they always say the appointment will be covered but once I arrive I am informed it isnt. This has happened twice. They have a filthy parking lot and sloppy desks. I only continue to use this office for the sake of Doc Brenon but it almost isn't worth it if the staff isn't improved soon. Edit No improvements have been made to the running of this office. And today I arrived for an appointment and was shocked by the "protocols" this office is using. They tried to manipulate me into signing paperwork about vaccinations which is none of their business. They didn't want to know if we had rubella or small pox vaccinations, only covid. They then refused to answer me when asked if they were vaccinated, stating that was a personal question. When asked if they believed in the vaccinations they were asking about or the masks they were trying to enforce, again stated those were personal questions. I signed their paper asking inappropriate personal questions without answering the questions themselves and they then refused me service on the basis that I refused to answer these personal questions. I will never use this office again. Desloge Specs Optical are Rockstars, and have agreed to give me an appointment without any ridiculous personal questions or unnecessary mandates. To the Complete Vision Care team, you should all be ashamed and embarrassed by your complicity in this attack on personal freedom and...

Read moreTerrible. I went in to get a new script because I did not like a new prescription from a yr ago, so I went to 3 yr old glasses. They took my 3 yr old glasses (keep in mind that these are 1 prescription behind) came back after my eye exam and said my prescription is fine and the 3 yr old glasses were fine. Ummm I made an appointment because I can’t see anymore. Umm I told him over and over that I cannot see. He actually had the nerve to tell me to just get reader glassed off the shelf. Like at Walmart. Ummm. NO. Hello I went in with old glasses and left with old glasses. And then they charged me 10.00 for the visit when I have yearly free eye exams. I even pulled up my benefits and showed them. They just insisted on getting my copay. I told them I have went to every eye exam every yr for 8 yrs working for the state with good benefits and was never charged a copay. They said since it’s not a medical condition I have a copay. Ummm. Since when is not being able to see not a medical condition. By the way the eye exam was a joke. I read maybe 3 lines and stared at a stupid barn for a minute and the was it. Bye bye. And it would have been nice to know that they were going to charge me BEFORE I walked back there or else I would have walked out. And they were late on my appointment. Will not ever recommend. Wish could...
