I highly recommend Summit Jewelers!!! They are super nice and helpful, their prices are the best, and their turnaround time was super fast! I had been to several other jewelers, in Cedar Park, Round Rock and Austin. I had a very specific ring in mind. No one could source the color stone I wanted, so I bought it online (from an online direct retailer)- and to my delight, it exceeded my expectations. I went back to the other jewelers to price compare cutom rings, and check for semi-set rings. This is where I felt baited-and-switched by the big jeweler in CP. They initially implied it would be under $1k, then when I brought my stone in to have it made- they jacked the price up to $3,500. I left there, and went in search of another jeweler. Several jewelers later, I finally found Summit Jewelers. Julie took my texts and was very helpful and straight forward with pricing. I came in the store, looked at rings and found the perfect one for me. The price was less than half of the other guys, and I didn't have to compromise on quality or design. She said it would take 3 weeks. To my delight, I got a text the very next night saying it was ready for pick up! I came the next morning and the ring is gorgeous and just as expected. They did a wonderful job and I will be back for future jewelry needs and recommend them to all my friends and family!! I had the pleasure of working with Jordan and Kasey to create a new design for my original wedding ring. They were very easy to talk to and I felt like they were actually listening to what I wanted. I explained that my ring (first picture) kept needing to be repaired because the prongs were breaking around my diamond. I figured the setting was too high and I needed something low set. I mentioned that I wanted to keep my diamond, sapphires and baguettes and was interested in an art deco/vintage piece to put them into. Jordan was very perceptive and made me feel like he was excited to bring the piece to life. We went through 3 designs before the last one (pic 2) - I was in love! From the first day speaking to the time my ring was complete was probably 2.5-3 weeks total (pic 3). I would recommend them to anyone in the area for their jewelry needs. The only thing I wish we could have done differently would have been the 3D printed mold that other customers have spoken about in their reviews. I did not have the opportunity to have one to look at and wear first, which would have been beneficial because the new ring felt so dainty that I would have definitely asked them to make a matching band with the diamonds I traded in for credit. I came in to resize my wedding and engagement rings 💍 which I hadn't worn in far too long (yay weight loss, but grumble grumble when things don't fit)! They told me they would get it back to me the same week... And I was contacted THE NEXT DAY with news that the rings had been resized and were ready for pickup! The rings were sized as expected, and fit perfectly. Also, they were extra sparkly and shiny from a meticulous cleaning.

Two items that don't change my rating but were a bit off-putting for me: 1) There were three small dogs on the premise. 🐾 I am a dog lover, however because my son is severely allergic to dogs, it has made me less comfortable when I now see dogs (clearly not service dogs) in a place of business. 2) And there were several STRONG smelling candles (perhaps because of the dogs) that I personally found unpleasant. 😞 But to each their own! I can understand that small dogs would be a draw rather than a detraction for many, and the same could be said of scented candles!

The family-owned business (dogs, candles, and all) have beautiful jewelry pieces, knowledgeable and friendly staff (Julie!), and the fastest turn around I have ever experienced from a jeweler.
