THIS POST IS IN REGARDS TO MISSION 106 Apartments and NOT the Condos in the neighborhood.
Unfortunately thought I was getting a NEW apartment.
There are multiple issues that I incurred as one of the first residents. My apartment leaked water in less than a month living in the apartment that a whole wall had to be torn down and redone because the water had leaked in to the top and was dripping water down onto the window seals and ruining curtains that were hung. This issues didn't happen once but twice. I now have water leaking into the living room as well and large cracks above the patio door as water has been leaking into the living room area and creating a pool of water.
Now that the water has leaked into the bedroom for a second time, mold is growing and the new curtains are ruined as well. The carpet will need to be pulled up as there has to be mold growing under the carpet. I have moved out and tried to work with the company in order for them to be able to repair these issues earlier and they would not work with me. They wanted their rent, they could care less if they sold a PRODUCT that is unsatisfactory and probably one of the most expensive in Johnson Co.
Good luck if you choose them and ensure that if there is work done that you plan to come back in and fully clean, they told me they would clean after the first mishap and I still found sheet rock dust a year later. They offered to fix this earlier, but I choose not to as the sheet rock dust and lack of place to stay that is clean was not avaliable from them for the time they would be working...
Read moreGood food I would have named things differently on the menu. The brie app was very good I could have gotten myself one for lunch and been happy. Of course the wife and I shared the app. So I had the special root beer BBQ pulled pork. It was I found to be more of a black pepper BBQ. Reminded me more of a Texas salt and pepper BBQ pork dish good but not the touch of sweet I was expecting in a Kansas City BBQ place. The wife got what was called a lintel cake with a salad on top. Only we thought it was more of a lintel hummus. Very good I thought and the wife was happy with, just again not what we expected from reading the menu. This place was more expensive than going to Olive Garden. It was a good meal and I would go back. I am just going to ask questions about the food...
Read moreI made reservations for 0730 and we were running a tad behind, in which they were very accomodating..I picked this place because I wanted to sit on the patio and have dinner, but that was unavailable so I settled for an indoor booth. I ordered the chicken terragon with smashed potatoes however; smashed potatoes and mashed potatoes are two different things here. The smashed potatoes were burnt and crispy but the chicken was fabulous. They offered to comp for mashed potatoes, or a dessert, but was done at that point. I requested another drink. Long day, reservations for nice dinner, semi-attentive waitress=another drink. Overall, it was ok. My expectations from what others had told me didn't equate. Still debating on giving them another opportunity...
