Terrible people run that place. If you want to shop there don't ever leave them a bad review they will cuss you out and the moment you open your mouth back they will call the police and have you banned for life. Carrie Bill and Gail are the worst. Not a one of them can take any criticism about their stinky dirty unsanitary store. I urged the health department to go check that place out so y'all better get too cleaning her up properly before they come there. That hamburger shouldn't be brown and grey in the middle, that cheese on the shelf shouldn't be rotten, that potato salad in the cooler shouldn't smell like old Tuna. Them hotdogs shouldn't be green, them pizzas shouldn't have an inch thick sheet of ice on them. It shouldn't smell like dead carcass throughout the store, Meat department boys should wash his hands before touching meat after touching their phones, my fountain pop in the summer shouldn't have flies in it, expired milk shouldn't be on the shelf, expired canned goods shouldn't be on the shelf, expired freezer goods shouldn't be on the shelf, expired tea shouldn't be on the shelf! Bought a loaf of bread there once that I didn't realize til I got home that mice had been feeding on it cuz there was a bite missing outta the bottom of the bag and the bottom of the bread, shouldnt have cats hanging out in your walk way, no proof but I wouldn't be surprised if it lived there as rodent control cuz Bill to cheap to hire an exterminator. Only 3 good people work there that I personally have had interaction with Trish, Freddie, and I can't remember the lady who works with Trish at night drives the red van. They are all wonderful people who just happen to work at a store ran by terrible people! I'm not the least bit sorry for this review nor the one on yelp or Foursquare! People deserve to know the truth! Don't care that I'm not allowed back in the stinky dirty store formerly known as IGA.... Too expensive and rotten..... Real disappointed in Carrie cuz I've known her damn nearhalf my life grew up with her son and she gonna do me the way they did without even getting my side. See how it is. They will let that psychopath Gail talk to you like a dog with no reprocussions if you irritate her in the slightest which takes nothing at all. She gets mad if you count out a dollar in pennies even if you're the only customer in the store. Countless times I've heard IT talking bad about customers after they walk out the store. Very hateful uncomfortable atmosphere unless Trish and Freddie are there. Bill will make you the most uncomfortable cuz he will literally follow you around the store if you look a certain way like he thinks you're gonna steal or something. People like you shouldn't own grocery stores you shouldn't make your customers feel uncomfortable. He's as rude and hateful as the next and mask it behind "community oriented stuff" literally a front nothing at all nice or genuine about that megamind looking chrome dome! Every single time I go into this store it smells like rotting meat, animal blood and the store feels very unsanitary. On my way out I saw a cat with a collar on on it's way in the front door. I feel safe to assume there are rodents and the cat was on time for it's dinner. That's now 2 grocery stores I have promised myself to boycott. Kroger being number one. The Lebanon Kroger needs new management in charge. It's a s#!t show these days. All the employees jacking around at the back end of the store while customers check them selves out at the handful of self check out regiesters, which, for one doesn't have enough room on the bagging/scale device, and two, need to be more spaced out. The other disappointment I had was the fact that there are only 2 lanes open with humans running the cash register. I'm sorry but there were several people out on the floor to help get the line down and the employees bagging groceries could have let the cashier bag them while they opened another lane temporarily. I was very upset with the customer service this store had. There were 80 yr old ladies standing in line with a cart of groceries for over 20 minutes and not a single announcement was made for extra lanes to open, nor did anyone ask me if I was finding everything okay except for the kind woman in the meat department. That store needs to hold employees accountable and amp up the customer service on the sales floor if they're going to have customers doing the paid employees job at the register. Publix is my favorite and they make this Lebanon Kroger look like lazy, entitled idiots. This Kroger makes almost a million dollars a month, how about some managers with management skills kick their staff into gear and meet the needs of your towns customers.
