Great overall experience: highly recommend!

Due to some shenanigans by our moving company, we found ourselves in need of a new mattress ASAP. I found Mattress by Appointment on Google and sent Dylan a text. He was very responsive and worked around our schedule and had an appointment set up less than two hours later.

The process was simple and quick. He explained what he had and pricing, and let us explore and try mattresses out. He even let our kids roll around to see which ones they liked. He was upfront, professional, and not at all pushy. The prices were also much lower than I was anticipating.

Most surprisingly to me, we were able to walk out with mattress right then. In past experiences, it takes days or weeks to get a delivery, but Dylan was willing to do it that night (it was already almost 7pm). We ultimately were able to take it ourselves in our van, but the willingness and promptness was noticed.

Customer Support and hospitality that Mr. Dylan showed me was absolutely above and beyond. I had an issue with my mattress that was no one’s fault, but with in two days that gentleman was out to MY HOUSE verifying the issue and had it worked out and me a brand new mattress delivered.
