Have been disappointed at staff last 3 times I've been there but today really upset me. I was in the garden area there was an elderly lady with a walker buying 2 hanging baskets she paid for them and said she would only be able to take one out to her vehicle at a time she would come back in to get the other one,cashier didn't offer to help her take them out. So I told the lady behind me to go ahead of me and I took the plants to her vehicle. I came back in to pay for my plants. I ordered two pairs of the only carhartt khaki pants they sell, checked back two weeks later only because I still hadn't received a call to tell me they were in, and I was told they were having trouble getting them in and that they should def. Be in the following week. Understandable right? Nope! I was completely wrong. It's been a month now since I ordered 2 simple pairs of pants and still no call and when I went in to ask in person again, I was told that it would be 3 to 4 more weeks. Ive been more than patient. I shouldn't have to wait 2 months for 2 simple pairs of pants....

I really like their various choices in work clothes an nice dressy shirts. The clothes are well made. It's a nice store to shop to me it's like an old style hardware when I was kid.
