Ruby Tuesday — Restaurant in Lebanon

This place is horrible!!! When arriving we were told the table was ready but the waitress was behind and it would be another ten minutes. We were taken to the table any ways as we did not want sit in the lobby to wait for a table that ready but the waitress was not. Waitress took twenty minutes to come to the table and another to bring us our drinks. Finally another twenty minutes to get our order. Thirty minutes at least for two people out of a party of six to get their food then another ten minutes to get one more persons food, math, 3/6 people have their food. Another ten to bring one more meal. Then the manager comes over I just wanted to let you know that your burger was burnt and I didn’t want it brought out to you. We also asked where the sixth persons food was,the managers reply oh that sitting in the window I’ll get it. When we said something the manager ask what do you want me to fix this. Really first find your waitresses that have disappeared. Then you can go teach your cooks who are clearly not cooks as everyone dish in this table was Drenched in overly Sweetened sticky sauce that has now turn my stomach after one night literally. Waitresses could not even remember to bring the correct drinks, especially the only person who asked for Unsweet tea, who clearly order it because she can’t have sugar. This place is horrible so not eat here. While sitting here writing this review they brought me the check and specifically told them I was not ready to take care of this bill, as I was in the middle of something. The waitress then sent the manager over with credit card machine and he proceeded to ask if was going to be cash or credit. I looked right at him and told him I told your waitress I was in the middle of something and to come back. I find the lack of training, listening skills, management and team skills is incredibly lacking. The food is horrible, the service is horrible and the management is horrible. If you want and enjoy horrible then this is your place to eat. If it is not and you have taste go somewhere else or he’ll cook...

Beware: DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DRINKS SPIKED. Hubby and I went here on 01/18/22. We ordered regular non-alcoholic strawberry lemonade drinks. One of their workers thought it was funny to put alcohol in them. We do not drink. Upon, 1st walking in the hostess walked up and he looked back at the waitresses asking them do they want to serve us. They looked at us with a bad attitude and said no. This is when we should have left. The hostess asked us nicely if we would like a booth or table. He took us to one and gave us our menus. A few minutes later the main waitress that first said no came up and had changed to having a nice attitude once she was serving us. We first ordered non-alcohol strawberry lemonade for our beverages. My husband sipped his first and said you don’t want to taste this. There is liquor in this. So, I tasted mine and it had liquor in there as well. When we told the waitress. There was no apology and we asked for two glasses of water. Once, we asked for the manager. It took about 15- 20 minutes for the waitress to get her over there. The restaurant barely had people in there. We were the only black customers there at the time. Once the manager came she apologized and took the lemonades off of our bill. She asked the waitress if she made the drinks she said no. Someone made them and the surveillance cameras gone show because we did a police report. The officer was nice enough to check on us and have us to sit and wait in our truck into the dizziness and headaches went away. Which they did not for hours. We’re at home vomiting and sick now with a hangover. We will be turning this into corporate. Low down low class and atrocious evil human beings to whoever was apart of these horrendous actions and we will be doing blood work to prove it as well. I am sitting at a table currently watching my server non stop talk to co workers at the bar so I thought I'd take the time to write this. We were told we would have a 5 minute wait, which is fine, but then a person came in directly after we were told that and started talking to the hostess like they knew them. She asked them if they wanted a booth or a table. Then she saw me look and said hold on and sat us first. It was 13 minutes uses before anyone came to get our drink order, this was 8pm and it wasn't swamped. Another customer had to ask foe items on the salad bar to be refilled. We finally got our drinks and about ten minutes after that our order was taken. Order did come out quickly which was nice. All three members of our party never got a refill on water despite asking for it and even asking another waiter if they would be able to help us when we gave up on our current one. My daughter asked for a side item and it never showed up. She asked again when the waiter came by and was told it was on the way. Never came. We finished our food around 8:50. Finally got a check brought to us at 9:21. Which is the time I am typing this at. The waiter is finally going to get that side item for my daughter because she was in tears asking for it when the check was brought. And now I'm watching her chatting with another table about her life and her home and such and she doesn't have any of the side items in her hand she said she was going to get, so we are going to leave since we already paid for our incredibly mediocre food that was overpriced even in a market where I expect food to be overpriced.
