First time here. Was told by my company dispatch & broker that my appointment was Friday between 0900-1100, and I arrived at 0830. Found out my appointment was actually at 1300, but since the 0800 hadn't showed I got a door. I did have an issue with the 6 digit pick-up number being incorrect, but was unloaded anyway. Fast unload. Once you get the green light, go back to the office for paperwork. Info learned: When delivering, don't open doors as they do it inside the dock door. Slide tandems. Wear closed toe shoes. The driver who checked in after me was scolded for wearing slides and told that when he came back for paperwork, he needed different shoes. The older lady told me that a driver wearing flip flops was seriously injured on their grated steps, and now anyone entering the building must have proper shoes......

Appointment at 10. We are unloaded and on the road at 10:29. We did arrive a little early, maybe 30 minutes. The lady in the office is fine. She's efficient and matter of fact. She probably just gets tired of babysitting grown up that don't follow simple instructions. All the instructions are also printed and taped to the glass. They provide a restroom and vending and there is plenty of land across the street to take out your pets, if you have time. They were super fast!! Really nothing to complain about here....

Got to the facility at 12:30. Went in the office 3 different times she said come back closer to 4:00. Thankfully I read reviews before I deliver to a place so I was ready for the old lady. She talks crazy, you politely talk crazy back. I had a 2:00 pickup, she kept saying it was for 4:00. I called the broker and said one word “detention”. Next thing you know I was in a door and getting loaded. Out at 2:45. Others were there still waiting. Thank god for reviews. Moral of the story, go...
