Beef-A-Roo — Restaurant in Lebanon

Decent place added to Lebanon. Some items are ok. Their service is rather slow compared to other "fast food" joints, which in reality could be tacked up to them being a new place. The staff that are typically in there are pretty friendly. There is one man in there he's I believe a shift manager, he is always very polite and friendly, I've always seen him on register or drive-thru. Also, their food is pretty pricey for a fast food joint. Their cheese curds are ok *sometimes. They're typically hot and usually not overly greasy like a lot of other places, however they often times are really chewy, which I'd never experienced a chewy cheese curd before now. The ABSOLUTE BEST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE for me is that they DONT HAVE YOU ORDERING FROM KIOSKS, LIKE YOU ACTUALLY TELL PEOPLE YOUR ORDER!

●DOORDASHERS AND THOSE WHO USE DOORDASH TO ORDER FOOD HERE THIS IS YOUR WARNING/"TOLD YOU" MOMENT● **If you go here for a Doordash order, be ready to wait, truthfully. Most of the time, their system is down for Doordash. You'll have to show them every bit of the order, them ring it in, then make it, and even with this- they're not too worried about getting it out quickly- even though you've been there 30 minutes already waiting. They'll take care of drive-thru, dine in, and take out orders prior to Doordash, even though it should have been done or close to done when you came in. I was expecting this place to be trash, not going to lie. I had the Avocado turkey jack sandwich, cheese curds and a banana malt. It was good. It has a nice kick to it. Could use some stuff on the walls, like artwork. If you order a malt or shake, I noticed they don't have a solid process or designated person making it. Had to wait longer and need to make sure they are making it. Same thing happened to be and my co-worker, but they just opened and can't be perfect. The shakes were bland. Not even a vanilla base flavor.

*Update - their "milk" shakes are not even milk. I put a picture of what it melted down to be. Water, the powder solution float on the water and a ton of froth/foam on top. The cheese sauce is terrible. It's similar to what Little Caesars has. Not real cheese. The Beef and cheese is super small for a $5/6 sandwich. You can add me at but it is an undisclosed amount for an additional dollar. Arby's is way better. The potato itself is not bad. The cheese is just gross and ruins it. I wouldn't be coming back here. I attended the grand opening, and everything was pretty good. The place was completely slammed with people! I couldn't even find a parking spot initially, but food came out quickly and was pretty tasty. So, I tried to go back two days later, and this time the place was not busy at all, to the naked eye...maybe three cars in the parking lot and two cars ahead of me in the drive thru line. So, imagine my surprise when I was told that it would be 30 minutes before someone would even take my order in the drive thru. I asked if the wait was for all menu items, as I would understand if maybe a fryer was down or they were waiting for fresh roast beef, etc...but I was told that "it was only their second day open (technically third, but who's counting) and they were, like, super busy."
