Wondering if i should even leave a review since others have hit on almost all my complaints which tells me they are not improving. Seems most of the issues are employees with their lethargic demeanor which stems from poor management. As others have stated the service is awful, ordered at the kiosk because there wasn't a front cashier and had to flag someone down for our drinks. Our order for 2 people took 20 minutes and I can see why with 1 guy with no urgency to complete orders working the taco station in back. Every single employee I seen (4-5) was strolling around like they were taking a relaxing stroll in the park instead of at work. Also, the amount of workers with long hair and no hairnets bothered me both because it's unhygienic and because it's not 1980 anymore. As we're waiting we noticed several people receive their order and come back up after they got it to correct something. We finally got our food and also had to go back up to correct our order. One burrito i got was put together so sloppily i just threw it away. We had 3 burritos but couldn't tell which was which since they never mark them like they're supposed to so they got switched up and so another burrito got thrown away. I got a Chulupa and the shell was way overdone which was a nice surprise because usually i get them way underdone (sarcasim). Taco Bell is amazing when everything is done the right way and done with urgency but they honestly need to wipe the slate clean with the lack luster employees they have and probably the management as well since they are hiring these people which by the way, they all looked pretty rough appearance wise. I think I'm done giving this taco bell location chances since they disappoint 9 times out of...

The worst Taco Bell by far. Used the app as usual. Should be ready by the time I walk over from the hotel. Nope. 2 other customers already waiting, but nobody is making any food. I had to explain to them how the app works and there is no checking in for an in store order. She looks, and sure as shit, the order is sitting there on the screen, ready for someone to care enough to do their job. I let her know that I would be eating there and to put it on a tray, watched her tell them, then I watched as everything was literally tossed in the bag. 2 soft taco supremes, slightly below average and the other a complete joke, had them remake it. 2 exact beefy 5 layer burritos, see the picture. One looks normal, the other looks like a balled up tortilla shell, guess what, it was. When I told him about it when he brought the fixed taco, I was told, “I think it’s the same amount in there but folded up smaller”. While I don’t expect the person handing me my tacos to cure cancer, I would appreciate if they had the mental capacity to comprehend an item being half as full as another when displayed next to each other. As for the other customer waiting when I arrived, he got his food at 2:33, which means he was waiting since before my order at 2:09. And to top things off, upon returning to my hotel, I asked the front desk if that Taco Bell was always terrible and I received an oh yeah before I could even finish the question. Just close the doors. And...

i’ve been to the mt zion rd (lebanon indiana) location twice- online order picked up thru the drive thru both times. the first time, i got home, bit into a taco and a long hair came out 🤢 i went for my burrito, and the beans were like that crusty dry end of the pan beans. i took the order back to the store and asked for a remake. i wasn’t a karen, the manager was super apologetic, it was all good. the second visit (online order defaulted to this store, my bad) - dude on the drive thru speaker was short and rude; got to the window, was given drink and food without a word, i said thank you & dude just shut the window in my face lollll. i had to park and go in for sauce, napkins etc. 😒 i got home and the tacos were a mess- very little in the taco, and what was there was old, melty and low key slimy - pic attached. i took the order back, again politely asked for a remake. different manager this time, and he said “well what’s wrong with it?” - so i showed him the tacos. he told the employees to remake, one of them asked what was wrong with it, and manager BARKED “it doesn’t matter what’s wrong with it! i said remake it!!” i get it bc i’ve been there: working food retail is sometimes the worst. staffing sucks, customers suck, working with teens can be difficult, etc. the crap food wasn’t a one off tho - upper management needs to retrain the store, and perhaps help support the stressed out...

We walked in and it was clean. The staff was courteous. It wasn't busy, but they were patient as we read through the menu. Bathroom was clean and they have nice stalls that don't have cracks between the doors. Unfortinately, no changing table. Took a little time for our food to come out, but it was all hot and correct. They had a nice drink selection. The drink area was a little messy but it takes just one person to make a mess. There was also a little seat that faces the menu that I assume is to wait for your food. Dinning room looked nice and clean. It had one large table that looked like it was for 6-8 people. The rest seemed to be 2-6 person tables. I had beefy frito burritos. I would have preferred more fritos in them, but that's a personal preference. The mini chicken quesadilla was spicier than I was expecting. No complaints from my husband about his soft taco or burrito. We got the fruit punch for a drink and it was your standard fruit punch. I would stop here again if driving through, but really dissapointed that there was no changing table.
