Baymont by Wyndham Lebanon IN — Hotel in Lebanon

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were moved to 3 different rooms within the first hour of check in. Each room was more disgusting than the last. The woman working the front desk was extremely rude and downplayed the MULTIPLE sanitary issues we brought to her attention. All sheets had very visible black/brown stains, burn holes in the sheets as well. Every bed we were given was covered in long dark human and what seemed to possibly be dog hair. The floors were sticky and obviously had not been mopped or even swept in who knows how long. The shower curtains in every room had brown stains at the bottom, one was even covered in mold spots. Hair in the bathtubs. Toilet paper on the floors of the bathrooms. The “clean” towels had hair stuck in the fabric, along with what looked to be pubic hair. Each room had lamps that did not work. The drawers of the dresser were filthy. The hallways reeked of sewage. Oh, I almost forgot about the BIGGEST TOE NAIL CLIPPING I have ever seen, on the floor right next to one of the beds in the 2nd room we were moved to. Eventually we were refunded and able to go to the Holiday Inn (very much recommended) after hearing the front desk woman on the phone with her manager claiming none of these things were true. Glad I took videos and pictures for proof and wish I could post them here. For 170$ per night, this is absolutely unacceptable. I hope this review helps someone else avoid this...

Hello,,,I just want to say how GREAT the service was…The people were so,so,so friendly… We were on our way to take a vacation in KY and our car broke down.. I was a basket case and so upset.. We had to rent a car and was able to get a room at this hotel.. Jay(hope I spelled it right) the front desk guy was so,so,so, kind… We were waiting for word on our car on whether they could fix it,,And check out was at 11,,,But we had not heard anything and I talked to Jay and he said no problem,,and let us stay until almost noon…I’m telling you..He was so,so,so,so kind ,,and we really needed that kindness…He was so compassionate and considerate during this difficult time.. We were 3 hours from home,devastated,no car,no vacation and in the end we had to trash our car… Jay’s kindness went a long...

This was absolutely the worst hotel experience that I have had in all of my adult years dirty dirty dirty, the television has snow on half the channels, chairs are broken doors are broken refrigerators are broken. I stayed in three different rooms all within one night because there was so much wrong with the first two, and then the third one I was just tired of it and so I accepted it because there was so much wrong with this hotel I wouldn't even ask my enemy to stay here. If you're looking to save money don't stay here you're better off to go to the neighbors Barn and stay there for free it would...
