Subway — Restaurant in Lebanon

So I don't know what went wrong this use to be my favorite subway in town since the other two always mess up or just have bad employees. But when I pulled into drive thru it started off on putting me on hold and the lady walking out the back door where I was at and walking to the trash cans to smoke but another person took my order and I ordered it and was told a completely different price I've been told before since I've been to this subway before so I go ahead and finish ordering and get to the window with some angry employee with the lady that was taking my order breaking down the math like I didn't know the price already and leads to tell me that its always been that price and I'm certain it wasn't always that price but he starts getting aggressive with me about it and yelling so I say screw it and drive off since I'm almost sure he wasnt going to change his gloves after touching my card. I don't understand where some peoples entitlement comes from but in this world believe it or not no one is better than the next and being equal with peers isn't so hard. Maybe he was having a bad day I give him that but he was completely disrespectful and at no point should a supervisor should never rase his voice to a customer when I was asking a simple question if the prices went up and he stated no they have always been the same price.

It's frustrating when a simple order isn't executed correctly. Subway's charm lies in its customizable sandwiches, and toasting veggies without permission can definitely ruin the experience. Consistency is key, and it seems this location missed the mark. Hopefully, they can improve their attention to detail to ensure every sub is made just the way...

The wife and I live less than 1 mile from here had coupons buy 1 get one free, they made our sandwiches with the wrong bread ordered 9grain wheat got italian herb(or what ever yuk) drove home tried to eat them went back to get the wright bread, I took the sandwich back with me, the guy came to the window and tried to explain there bread was a little different than other subway's (lier) wheat bread is brown not white, said he could not give me money back would have to get a voucher for another day (I guess they'll bake wheat bread later) called him a lier he swung at my truck mirror and slammed the window and cussed me out and flipped me off I called police I GOT...

A large group of us stopped to grab sandwiches before an outing and I inadvertently left my wallet behind, which I did not realize until hours later. We called and while it had not (yet) been found the staff was polite and took our number and said they would call if it was found. Which, it was, and the manager called, verified it was me, and kept it safe until I could return to pick it up. Absolutely everything was in tact - much to my surprise and relief. I am thankful for the honesty and courtesy of this staff and management. So wonderful to know there are still truly good people willing to do the right thing! And the sandwiches were great, too!
