Walgreens — Local services in Lebanon

friendly staff. went to get a prescription one day and the guy working the front/register was very nice. me and him shared a few laughs while i was omw to get my prescription. i waited for awhile. they told me it’d be about x amount of minutes, i said no worries. i sat in my car and waited, came back in about 25 minutes later and still said it wasn’t ready. went and waited again in my car, came back in and she seemed nervous and said she was sorry, it still wasn’t ready, so she put my name on a paper and gave it to one of the women in the back. i sat inside this time and waited & watched her give the woman the paper, the woman who was typing on the computer seemed rude. she totally ignored the young woman trying to get me my prescription. the woman who was helping customers at the pharmacy, you deserve better. and you are so kind & pure. i’m not one to rush employees at any business, especially when they’re busy, so i’m glad it was me who was waiting all that time. 5 stars for the one girl, shorter, shirt hair, maybe glasses?, and 5 stars for the man who was the cashier, who joked around with me and...

This is not one star this is negative stars for walgreens on columbus ave in lebanon. I only went there to get medicine for my daughter that had a 102 fever and a special brush that nobody else had. I waited in the what I assumed was the checkout line for at least 5 minutes with nobody around in the entire store to check me out. So I see someone in the beauty check out and waited behind a woman buying perfume at 1o'clock on a Monday afternoon lol whatever for another 5 minutes. After I finally got waited on I told the woman what had happened and she disn't even say sorry for the wait. That they were understaffed I also told the manager the same thing and he again had no apologies as well. The point is if you can't keep people gainfully employed that shut the damm store down. I will forever and always will be a CVS customer after this experience. I understand all stores have issues but at least cvs cares about their customers. Don't ever use that walgreens. I plan not to in the future and if cvs closes I will drive to the other one 20 minutes out of my way instead of going to walgreens....

Pharmacist and staff were excellent and so willing to help us out when we were in a bind. We were vacationing in Lebanon and had a sick daughter who needed a script filled right as both large chain pharmacies were closing on Saturday night, 5:40.pm We were 5 minutes away so we called ahead to ensure we could get our script filled by giving them 5 extra minutes instead of waiting until we walked in. We started with CVS because we knew she was in their system but the pharmacist was a jerk and refused to fill the script despite knowing we were from out of town and had a sick daughter and it was still 20 minutes before they closed. So we lost 7 minutes with that useless phone call. Drove to Walgreens and called on the way there. The pharmacist was wonderful. They were able to fill the script and I was even walking back out of the store at 6pm. Gotta appreciate great customer...
