Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Lebanon

Customer service on phone good IF would have delivered what promised. Have been ordering Dominos and Larossas for months. Will continue with that. Unhealthy but spend between $60-$80 a week (depends on coupons, I obviously don’t cook). Wanted something different despite knowing the BIG price increase because Donatos much higher. Placed my order on phone after trying for over 20 minutes on line and kept getting booted and starting over. Called store wouldn’t honor what ever online coupons (not sure what they were since never got that far). So gave me 10% off less than the $3 off $15 (only one found on Retail me Not while trying to place order) but not much discount either way. Ordered a great salad, pizza, and hoagie. Knowing from way way back that is how they make money by selling salad packets or dipping sauces. Give you a very nice salad and 1 small dressing pack and if don’t order additional you get a large dry salad. Offered to order additional so salad wouldn’t waste. Rep said for my troubles on line (said happens often, site has issues) he would give me ONE packet free plus the one that comes with it. Mind you this order with everything is almost $28. Get the order salad is super nice but one small packet of dressing so had about 4 bites and rest dry and left not eaten. I did not have other dressing on hand. Called store because didn’t keep their word, threw in my face 10% off. Let them know had nothing to do with what offered on dressing or would have paid the additional.65 or whatever price so didn’t waste $7 salad and so that that 3/4 of salad not disposed of because no one eats dry lettuce (at least not me or my family). Informed him would go back to regular orders from dominos and larossas from now on. Not concerned. THEY NEED RETRAINING ON FILLING ORDERS AND DEFINITELY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Any customer that eats out once a week or in my case several times a week is worth a packet of dressing. All I have to say to...

I am going to give three stars for the overall experience and food. Reason 1, starts with food. Donatos everywhere always has good food, a little on the expensive side, but it usually does not disappoint. There are however, multiple times, where I have experienced them not fully cutting through the pizza or doing inconsistent cuts. So, for food I will give a 4 out of 5. The service is reason two. I will give service a 2 out of 5. Others gave mentioned slow service and I can agree to that, but the main thing recently was with a most recent pizza order. We called over the phone and then went to pay over the phone and the person assisting us didnt want to take down the information and acted like it was the biggest inconvenience, sighing exasperatedly. The way my brothers have come to understand it, it seems to be an inconvenience that we are ordering pizza from a pizza restaurant. That does still lead into reason 3, atmosphere, being a 3 out 5. The staff inside do not provide a much more different experience than over the phone, but sometimes the decorated dining room can amend some of that, certainly not all or enough to raise my rating. This donatos location is a complete disgrace to the Donatos name. I ordered at 605. It said the order would be ready at 626. I arrived at 630 to the drive through line with 1 person in front of me. I sat there for 30 MINUTES. My first questions is....what kind of establishment DOESNT tell the customer at the window to please pull forward if it's going to take a long time. After waiting 30 minutes I finally got to the window (there was someone behind me so I was blocked in otherwise I would have Just backed out and gone in) and waited 10 more mins for someone to even go to the window. Might I add my order was on the rack. I could see it. Someone finally comes to the window so I asked him "how long as my order been ready?" He said since 626. So I explained to him I am not paying for 40 minute old pizza. He said he could remake it in 15 mins. So I pulled forward and went inside. 15 minutes goes by and another person comes out. "I have your order and I can have it ready in 15 minutes. Yeah I left and went to papa johns. That would have put my total wait time at 1 hour and 10 minutes. Papa johns had my order ready in less than 15 minutes. Needless to say, this donatos has likely lost my business permanently and I certainly won't be recommending them to...
