Old Navy Outlet — Local services in Lee

I love old navy but I’m so upset about the experience I had. I was at the outlets with my mother and daughter for a shopping day, this was our last stop and we had a couple items in mind when we entered, pjs for my daughter, which the older gentleman in that section was very helpful, unfortunately they did not have her size. And work pants for me, just as we were grabbing the pants (a few pairs) that I needed, a woman (I assume the manger) nearly shouted at us “it’s 6, we’re closed!” This made me just drop the items and leave, she could have kindly told us, “hi guys, it is 6 were now closing if you’d like to make any final purchase”. She then followed about two feet behind us the whole way out of the store. I have worked retail management for years and I would never treat anyone that way, this woman lacked genuine customer service, just kind words go a long way. The associate didn’t give me a receipt so I immediately went back in and told her she forgot my receipt and she proceeded to tell me she can’t print me one and then called for some assistance to which I told the girl what I bought and how she never gave me a receipt and then she also proceeded to tell me that there was no way to get me a receipt.
