The above is an exact quote from the owner's response to another reviewer. I was watching items since Friday last week. On $3 day, those items were still available in the bins so I thought I'd risk the wait and check on $1 day. BIG MISTAKE! I waited in line for the doors to open this morning, $1 day. We quickly realized that the items we were watching were NOT in the bins, but they WERE behind the curtain with many other items that I recalled seeing in the bins throughout the week. I confronted the owner asking why the one particular item of interest was removed from the floor. She asked if I wanted to buy some. I said, "Yes, for $1. You don't want to sell them for $1?" Her response, "No. They go for $20 online."

So, if you think you're gonna play the waiting game and win, know that there are two sets of rules. The owners are ABSOLUTELY removing the more valuable items that happen top make it to $1 day!...

Ugh... what a insane place. This was my first, and last, time visiting one of these establishments.

Nearly everything is sealed in cardboard boxes, most with no description of the contents, and you are not allowed to open the boxes.

The prices are all the same according to the day you visit. I was there on Friday, which is $12. Of the items I could determine what was contained in the sealed box, NONE of the items available were worth the price. I did find a package of drawing pencils that I considered before I found out the price rules. It was a package of 3 Staedtler HB drawing pencils. I looked them up on Amazon, and the normal retail price is $13.42 for a package of 12 pencils!!! Needless to say, it was NOT a good deal to buy...

We like this place but today we came for the $1 deals and were surprised with all they had. We filled our cart and then heard the lady telling another customer that it was no longer $1 on Tuesdays, but $3, even though the signs with Tuesday $1 was still hanging. Oh we changed our pricing and days but haven't had time to take those down. There was a plain piece of white paper on the front door which I hadn't seen so, my bad. The announcement should have been more noticeable I believe. Needless to say we left and didn't purchase anything. They won't see me again for a good long while!! We were weekly regulars but no more.
