Ellianos Coffee — Restaurant in Leesburg

I am so disappointed in my visit this morning. I made a pre order in the app. When I got there, it was completely empty so I have no idea why my order was made before 7:30am. When I got my drinks, the whip cream was flat, not swirled and it just did not look appetizing, it looked watery. (I got 3 freezers) my friend raved to me about how good the milkshake coffee is. I even bought her one and she says it does NOT taste the same as her visit, the freezers are not sweet at all, doesn’t take like “coffee meets sweet ice cream”. It tastes like coffee meets creamy cold coffee with a hint of flavored syrup. Half the money I spent was wasted. And when I asked the workers about the drinks I was told “it’s suppose to be like that, within 10 minutes of sitting out, they get like that.” But WHY would have my drinks sitting for over 10 minutes? I was only 7 minutes later than my “pickup” time. There needs to be a cooled placed for pickup orders to sit if they’re pre made or be like McDonald’s or chick fil a and don’t make the orders until the customer is on the way or...
