We were visiting our Grandparents in the Villages and golfing at Mission Inn, we came across “Coffee Snob” online while looking for a good coffee shop. We were pleasantly surprised with the look of the shop inside and the choices of coffee!
Little aways from where we were but well worth the effort of driving to get here!
Wonderful place to pick up freshly roasted coffee beans or grounds as they roast their beans everyday! I believe they have a large assortment of coffees!
Obviously they have coffees but they also have breakfast (burrito, omelet, hash brown blow, muffin, bagel, oatmeal), desserts(cookies, chocolate) teas and smoothies (strawberry+banana, PB+J, Green goodness).
Miss Kathleen is the mom of the owner who we had a great time conversing with. She was very attentive. She was knowledgeable and was able to recommend us coffee beans we would like.
We had coffee from Bolivia, French Pressed!
If you don’t have a French press coffee maker, they also sell them here for a very affordable price!
Also a great place to work on your computer (they have WiFi) and/or have meetings at! The middle table is so large if you have lots of paperwork, you could spread them in organized fashion to get things done!
This place is well decorated well with interesting piece like the piano turned to a table! Enjoyed sitting on the...
Read moreThe atmosphere is so peaceful with instrumental jazz playing in the background & the staff are welcoming & such kind hearted people... reminded me of a small town shop where everybody knows everybody. The coffee is amazing - so much better than Starbucks - & is roasted onsite! My favorite drink is their iced white mocha latte. 😊 Whether you're catching up with a friend, working on a project or schoolwork, looking for a creative space to unwind, or just need a coffee on the run- the Coffee Snob is there for you. Their breakfast burritos, deep dish omelets, hashbrown bowls, rice krispy treats, & cookies are delicious... & ALL are made from scratch!! Whether you need dairy or sugar free options, like your coffee sweet or strong- or right in the middle (if you're like me, lol), or you simply don't know what you're looking for... they'll help point you in the right direction. Even if you're not a coffee person, they have a very nice variety of loose leaf teas to choose from, as well as, fruity smoothies. Love this coffee shop in Leesburg, and the owners are young entrepreneurs too, making a difference in our community... join me in supporting this treasure of a...
Read moreDisappointed in today's visit. Ordered a medium hot Lavender Latte using coconut milk and a deep dish omelet with chicken sausage and spinach. Received both in good timing, omelet brought to the table. But the flavor profile of the latte was harsh and unbalanced. So when omelet arrived, asked for more coffee to be added. She obliged and brought it back to the table, supposedly fixed. It was worse, as if only water was added. I'm not the expert, and I got opinion of my two other guests initially and after and all agreed this was not good in any way. No further follow up provided by barista.
Deep dish omelet included egg, 3 thin slices of chicken sausage, and approx 6 little leaves of spinach. No seasoning tasted and eggs reminded me of powdered egg.
The atmosphere was nice, there were many people there, and nice outdoor seating available. Too bad my experience didn't reflect what looked like a "good time...
