Horrible location. Got yelled at in the drive through last week , missing items when the order finally came out, went back inside for said items. Got down the road and discovered fly smeared all over a piece of OVER DONE ( is an understatement)chicken( yes I have photos), took everything back untouched minus 1 chicken bite that was immediately spit back out once I saw the fly. Took it inside to get my money back and no one wanted to help me,a smart aleck girl with glasses( looked about 16, acted about 14) tried to play me like I was dumb and and act like she didn't see anything and went back to a young girl near the good in the back and started talking about us, looking at us and laughing about the incident. No doubt she's going to get fired in the near future simply because of her horrible attitude alone . At no point during all of this did I get an apology , a go screw yourself, not a word from the manager. There was a bunch of Children working in there, where's the adults? Where are the actual people in Charge? And on top of all of that, I'm happy that happened to me, because I never would have seen how filthy and poorly managed it is on the inside. I will never go back to this location. Be careful who you have representing your place of business, they could be running it into the ground. I will never go back and I also tell this story often to people saying they're in the mood for fried chicken. People really need to know how nasty this place is. Read moreThis happens way too often in small town like Leesville. If i can leave ZERO stars i would ! due to a manager named KIRA MOORE. I came to Leesville today visiting my sister, wanted to grab some food before we headed home after an outing. Stopped here and ordered a 16 piece family meal which comes with 3 sides; which i ordered 2 mashed potatoes & 1 Mac and cheese, also ordered a extra side which was a large red beans and rice. (Totaling $60). When my order was ready i grabbed it and walked straight to the car, upon checking my bag I realized it was only three sides and one was missing which was the mac and cheese, going back into the restaurant with my receipt I told a employee what I was missing (which she remembered) she then went and tried to get it but KIRA MORE (who had an attitude) told her to tell me "she need to see the bag". Came back in with the bag and she falsely stated it was two bags with sides in it . She then accused me of HIDING the bag in my car ?! Which I then implied them to check the car ! (Didn't want to check) She continued to try and make it seem like we were upset about the mac and cheese when it was THE PRINCIPLE. We paid our money and want what we ordered ! After her not giving our mac and cheese we asked for a refund which she continuously denied ! So we decided to call corporate and come back in the morning. Read moreOn July 24th my husband went into Popeye's and ordered $25 worth of food for takeout. When he got home, the chicken was spicy, and he ordered not spicy. He ordered a LG Coleslaw and LG Green Bean. Instead, we got mashed potatoes with spicy gravy. We have a 2 year old and so he couldn't even hardly eat anything.
I tried to call and asked for a supervisor, and I heard in the background, "That's why you don't answer the phone when we're busy!". They kept me on hold for about 6-7 min. I hung up, and tried to call again. And the phone was off the hook for the next 45 min.
The next day I spoke to a Susan who told me she would let her District Manager Joe know. But that they wouldn't do anything without the food. I called Renee at the Oakland store and relayed my story and she said she would have him call too. No call back.
I told both of them, that my husband works at McDonald's. And if there's any problems, they either refund you or replace the food food immediately. Not only that, Papa John's Pizza, Domino's Pizza, and Pizza Hut here in Leesville have also always done one or the other immediately if there was an issue. I will NEVER, EVER eat at...
