Horrible customer service I’ve been a customer for many years and always put up with the employees bad attitude's. Today I went to buy my every Sunday bread which they make on a daily basis I have to say is delicious I opened the door where the bread is stored to fill my plastic bag as I opened the door to start loading up a bread falls on the floor one of the employees just walks by looks like she just started her shift. I said excuse me can you please throw the bread that was on the floor away she looked like I disrespected her and took the bread after I picked it up and I said thank you I go to pay and the two cashiers start to mumble back and forth finally the cashier said are you the one that drop the bread I said yes I opened the door and it fell she said I have to charge you I said why it fell as I opened the door I paid and took the rest of my stuff honestly I was in shock doesn’t pay to be honest I should of stayed quiet very bad for business especially over a $1.00 plus piece of bread just had to express my experience very sad when a business has to charge a customer for something that went in the garbage because of a $1.00 plus piece of bread pretty sad...

Will never buy from this store again. My family has always done business with this store but after this experience never again. We made a big order for tortillas recently for a sweet 15 party and they got the date of the order wrong. Long story short we ended up having to pay almost double to get our order on the correct day even though the mistake was on their part and we paid it because we had no other option since it was already the day of the party. They had no remorse and didn't try to even remedy the situation other than charging us more to get the order the day of. Horrible customer service and not to mention their illegal practice of having a minimum purchase to use a debit or cc. Maybe a report to the BBB would...

I've been in this store several times in the meat department, and every time the employees didn't treat me well, seems like they get so bother when I'm asking for certain meat or cheese, they are rude and I've been ignored by them too, I don't go there often and when I go is because I want some meat and always leave this store with a bad taste on my mouth because of the bad treatment in the meat department, is a shame to have employees like those in that department if they would be my employees I'll fired them right...
