If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I don’t know what happened to this place. My family and I used to love coming here. There used to be two servers from Uruguay that would serve us every Friday night that we came. However, tonight the service was completely inappropriate. Our order was placed incorrectly by the server. We waited at least 30 minutes for the kitchen to make the correct order. We wouldn’t have minded if only the staff was more pleasant. When I asked for a manager, the server said she was in charge and when I said I would not like to pay full price- she stared at me and said they made our food so we had to pay for it full price. This is not about the money. The problem here was that the staff was insensitive and impolite. I would not like to eat somewhere that treats me this way.

We found this restaurant on our day trip to the keys and we are glad we selected this place. I was worried that the area it was in may not be good but it was very clean inside. The setup inside was done with Corona in mind and the tables were well distanced from other tables for dine in.

Erick was great, we are vegetarians so he suggested a few options from the menu and we were glad we trusted his advise. We were very pleasantly surprised by the taste and flavor of what was served. We tried Flauta's, Sopes, Enchiladas which were all amazing. The fresh chips, salsa / pico and guac were also very good. The prices were great too.

The outside appearance and the interior is a little deceiving, meaning the place can use a nice upgrade however their food- made up for the lack of modern features. The food was delicious! The service from the waitress could be a bit better and if possible a more positive attitude when you are serving people. The waitress lacks tact, meaning if you see someone order drinks: get the drinks out asap not almost with the food! The energy from the staff was giving depressing 😔🤦 but the cooks threw it down in the kitchen for sure.
