I don't know about how the food served here is, because I've gone twice and have not been served. My first time was on Thur 28 September at around 4 PM, I was coming back from the office and transitioning to end my day working from home, so I was in a bit of a rush. I got on in the queue and waited my turn, I had a gentleman with his daughter in front of me. When it came to my turn, the lady simply told (not asked me if I was OK with it) that she had to prepare the sub for someone who ordered a pick-up -- I was like what? No, I needed to leave, I found it inconsiderate and plain rude she did that. I said I could not wait longer and left. The second time was just this past Thursday, 5 October in the morning, at around 8:30 AM, I was on my way to work. I get there and the same lady tells me the system was down, but yet there was a person inside eating a sub, however she was on the phone with someone, so it may have been legit. But what, the franchises don't have a method to register a sale and perhaps take cash as I had cash with me. In any case, twice within a week and never got a chance to eat from here, the very first experience was enough to leave me a bad taste, but I gave it a second chance and it again went south. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless management does some things to fix the customer experience and ensures a good service is provided. For a failure like the last one, they should give away free meal coupons, and for a failure like the first one, where a customer is just "blown off" like "I don't care about you", well, what can be done about...
Read moreWorst service ever...the two young ladies totally ignored me and another customer, while one made online orders and the other swept the floor. They never greeted me, and after five minutes of waiting and watching one girl make sandwiches, I asked the one customer in front of me has he been helped and he said "no". These ladies have no customer service skills, no hospitality and no respect for their work place. I then began to take the girl who was behind the counter what going on and she whispered that the girl who was sweeping in front of us for 5 minutes was going to help us. I said what? And snapped! Told them it was ridiculous the way they are running this place and that they should learn some customer service. It's a shame, that they never greeted or even said one word. Read moreI can’t even put to blame the poor kid they had working there on Sunday July 27. But I’m 100 percent sure they never taught him how to make sandwiches. He rolled my flatbread sandwich in a burrito put two slices of turkey on the sandwich (I’ve worked at subway before) it for sure is not two thin slices of any meat for a foot long. I’ve stoped going to this subway due to terrible customer service in the past. They had a sign up for buy two get the 3rd sandwich free so I decided give them a shot and again I was unfortunately disappointed.
