I've had problems with my service since Christmas day. I've been at this location at least 4 times trying to resolve my service issues. When I first came in, I had the pleasure of dealing with Khalid, who was super helpful. He set me up with a digital sim and told me that if I continued to have problems, come back. The next time I came in, another guy was working, and he "tried" to help. He told me I wasn't an authorized user even though my other half had added me through the app 3 times, in person once, and tried over the phone. I have valid forms of ID as well. He was supposed to help us set me up as an authorized user and never did. Today I went in there STILL having problems (mind you 5 months later even though I pay my bill on time EVERY MONTH) and he had the nerve to be rude and tell me its a phone problem. I've contacted Samsung. it's not. It's a service issue. I've had my phone a year and 4 months, and it will not work. They expect me to upgrade, but catch this, we pay for the next up program and somehow don't qualify? Save your money, time, and patience, and go to Verizon. Better service, better customer service, lower price for the same shit and guess what? Lower prices on phones. At&t hopefully you figure this out before you lose even more people due to this...
