Shoe Show — Local services in Leitchfield

Great store i love the selection. I do feel that if you can walk in a store look around try shoes on and no one even ask if you need help or say a word at all that it's not great customer service....not saying a person is being rude just that maybe act like you like your job. Seems like only one person at a time works there or that's all I've ever seen and that person opens and closes so I see where it may get boring or your tired. I shop here weekly...that's only complaint...

Went yesterday to get another pair on Nike men’s slip on’s and had receipt and would not replace the slip on’s both where busted in have on the soles, the guy at register could not replace gave 34.99 , said it’s not shoe show fault, well it should be I paid for them for shoe show, they should replace but no, so who should replace he never told me anything but it wasn’t there fault! I’m so pissed, never buy shoes from them again there a rip off, don’t stand behind...

It’s Sunday at almost 12:30 and they were supposed to have opened at 12:00pm. Several people waiting in their cars. Finally see employees into the store but then lock the door behind them. Not sure if they’re opening or not…poor customer service and can’t be bothered to open the...
