Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Leitchfield

Our experience started out on a rocky start. We ordered a featured sandwich that we did not know was also on the menu board listed differently. So when it was delivered to us we explained what we ordered and the girl got very upset and said she has worked here for how ever long and she knows what is on the menu. Then we explained the drink that she brought to us was also incorrect she got mad and left with our food. She yelled at the Manager to take care of us. The Manager was very nice and listened to what we had to say and explained to us the menu issue. Then he said I will take care of this for you and it was resolved. Our food came out and the correct drinks and all was good. He even said he would use this as a coaching moment with her. That told me he was a great manager. Thanks so much...

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would!!! I’m not one to complain, but tonight I called to speak to a manger to inform them I didn’t appreciate getting burnt ends for my onion ring order. The girl that answered lied told me she was the manger she said we are busy which I understand I waited 30 minutes for my food didn’t bother me. I expected it done right I’m paying for my food not begging for you to give it to me. I work for a living also, I get busy but I’m not going to give a paying customer trash!!! Nevertheless , she wasn’t even a manger she LIED and was going to brush my complaint off like it didn’t matter!!! I finally got on the phone with a manger. Ran by Sonic and ordered a "hamburger" with only ketchup onions and pickles. Also a medium Cherry Lime Soda. It cost me $6.42 and the girl did not give me receipt and said you paid with your card ok have a good day. Well not knowing what I paid I assume the hamburger was around $4 and the drink $2. Seriously that is crazy. I get to work which is not 3 minutes from Sonic and there was cheese on the "hamburger" which was ice cold and the bun was completely dried out on the bottom. I cannot believe I paid that much for just a burger and medium drink and it was that awful. Years ago when sonic was in Leitchfield the burgers were wonderful. I am pretty sure this will be my last...
