Stopped in while passing by and was really disappointed by how I was treated. I found a baby item I really wanted, but it didn’t have a tag or price. I even brought a similar item from the same booth to help, but the employees up front were rude and said they couldn’t sell it to me. I understand policies, but I wish they had at least offered to hold the item and contact the booth owner—I would’ve gladly returned for it later. What really bothered me was that after I said okay, the employee handed the item back and told me to go put it back myself. As a pregnant woman, that felt unnecessary. I go there once every couple of months to walk through and there is typically the same items each time. It does not appear that the vendors add a lot of new items instead just rearranging what is already there. It does not have a good welcoming vibe, just not a place I am excited to visit.
