I ordered a box of PokĂ©mon cards and it happened to come in the mail a little more beat up and damaged than I would have liked. I am a collector of sealed product so the condition is very important to me. I reached out to collectors cache through email and phone and was quickly called by one of the managers, Forrest. He talked to me in good spirit, was very informative as to why the product may be in the condition it was in, and presented me with a few different options to assist my situation. Moments after getting off the phone with Forrest ANOTHER manager called, Baymond (I believe is how his name is spelled/pronounced). He didnât know that Forrest had phoned me and was there to do the same thing, ensure I was taken care of! Baymond told me about their newer line of MINT products which are made just for collectors. I was completely unaware of this line of product until he mentioned it. They actually HAND PICK the TCG boxes and seal them in a protective case before shipping! They even mentioned that theyâll sometimes have to fish through pallets upon pallets of boxes just to find the perfect box for those who collect like myself! I was able to get the last MINT box of the set I desired and had my situation resolved. I would 1000% recommend doing business with collectors cache, not just because you can undeniably trust their quality of product, but also because they really do try to work with their customers on a personal level! Customer satisfaction is their goal and you can tell within seconds of speaking to anyone at the shop.
Just a note for buyers, be kind to these people! Itâs not their fault that companies have low quality control on certain products or bad manufacturing standards. They also canât control fedex workers stepping on your package at a warehouse, so be reasonable. They can only sell what they receive in the condition they receive it. Yelling over the phone doesnât get you anything but black listed from business. Theyâre humans just trying to make an honest living running a family owned business. Respect goes a long ways!

I know what it's like to not love your job and all that jazz so I don't love trashing employees if I don't need to. That said, this is a trashy place. I went in for the first time to purchase a card I was told that day over the phone was $30, which matched online prices so I figured I'd skip shipping, but when I got there, the employees didn't greet me or interact whatsoever to my presence until I asked them about the card. It was the exact card I asked about, down to the numbers denoting which variant it was, and they told me it $80. Go figure it went up $50 in the hour between me calling and stopping there. Any questions I asked were met with an attitude that the guys working were put off actually engaging with me and had zero interest in helping out customers. I figured the best way to voice my displeasure was to let it be known on their Facebook account and maybe get a social media manager to address the issue so I didn't walk away how I did. I kept it tame and civil and simply said I wished the experience had been better and the employees cared more. My comment was removed and my ability to comment was disabled on all their posts. I get not wanting a smudge on your reputation but they made no effort to actually message me or respond, just erase any proof someone criticised how they run the store and engage with customers, which is the only reason I'm making this review here. Hopefully whoever is reading this has had or will have a better experience but I've never actually had one this shamefully neglectful and uncaring.
