Came in last Friday in search of something orange last minute for the UT game. Purchased a long sleeved cropped shirt. Upon checking out, I asked what the return policy was. She told me “you can bring it back within 10 days.” I came in today to return the shirt I didn’t end up wearing and her tone immediately changed when I said I had a return, she said it would be store credit only and to pick something else out. I said “I asked about the return policy when I purchased the shirt”, she said “no you didn’t I was the one that checked you out. We have signs everywhere and in the dressing room, I guess we’ll just need to make a great big sign”. And I simply said well I didn’t go into the dressing room and I didn’t see a sign while I was in the store in search for one item, maybe you should just tell people that when they are checking out- and to that she replied and said “any boutique is not going to give you your money back”. How are you supposed to keep customers when you speak to them like that? They purposely don’t tell you it’s store credit only. Won’t be back. Southern Bliss takes returns and they are MUCH friendlier, will take my business there instead. I guess you need my $38...

One- secure the mirrors to the wall so children can actually be in your store. The shop is 10x10, how far can he go? Lol and also, it’s not really your job to decide how other hard working women parent their children. He was being well behaved and I was 5-8 ft from him. One other shopper was in there and she was also enjoying him like the other shops that day did. Please don’t be judgy towards my parenting but I parent the heck out of my amazing boy. Just let your shoppers shop. I am only upset because I know how good of a mom and I am and you’re questioning that so of course I’ll come back with a response. Please just let this be and run your cute store. I’ve never left my child “unsupervised”...

The fact that your intolerance has given you some type of entitlement is disturbing. Guess you should buy your own building so you can do what you want with it. But complaining because someone has a different political view will only hurt your business.
