Incredible! My wife got me a $120 gift certificate for Christmas and I finally used it last weekend 8/9/25. I shouldn't have waited so long!!! I booked a deep tissue massage and was lucky enough to get Kelly Johnson as my therapist! The atmosphere was absolutely relaxing, Kelly's voice and demeanor was absolutely relaxing and then the massage!!! I was transported to another place! I usually go to bed every night with some sort of nagging pain somewhere on my body, not Saturday night, or Sunday, or Monday!! I felt so good and so relieved of pain that I sat in my car for ten minutes afterward just chillin!! Feeling incredible!! And after a one hour session I still had fifteen dollars left on my gift certificate! Next time I might try the salt rock or hot rock massage!!!...

I had a 90 minute medical massage. The overall presentation and cleanliness is on point. Everyone was very nice. The massage was very disappointing. Jillene was very sweet but she told me right off the bat that she didn’t do firm or deep pressure massage and the technique she used was not at all the description of a medical massage. Also, she talked through the entire massage and often times stopped massaging for long periods of time because she was talking. I started getting monthly massages with Shelby here a little more than a year ago. The location in the middle of downtown Lenoir City is very convenient for me and there's ample parking.
