Horrible customer service and item was not even close to what I requested. I had a very disappointing experience with the owner getting very defensive and would not listen to my concerns with the order she ruined. I requested GREEN angel wings and halo to be put on my daughter’s stocking (who passed away) and instead got a clip art/biker tattoo design in every other color but green. She did not even apologize or seem to acknowledge the importance and sentimental value this stocking has for our family. I was looking forward to displaying this stocking for Christmas this year, but instead I will be ordering another one from Etsy where my order will be completed correctly. I do not recommend this...

Darlene took the liberty of doing what she thought would look good and not what I requested. A simple phone call or photo of the changes should have been sent to me before finishing the project. Instead, she embroidered NOT what I requested. She seems rather disorganized, so I’m not sure if she misplaced my request. When I was not happy she showed me other options. I may have selected one, but it would have been on top of a patch because she would not take the old embroidery out. Will NOT recommend...

Horrible experience. Couldn’t give me a direct price or tell me when my jacket would be ready. Had jacket for 6 weeks and when I called to see when it would be ready told me another month or so. I decided to take it somewhere else so when I picked up jacket she removed the letter and the school name and charged me $220 plus tax for a plain jacket. Plain jackets run $175. Totally a scammer.
