Passport Pizza — Restaurant in Lenox Township

Lets start with "oh the pricing online is old" when I first called for my order needs. Fix your website! Called an order in the day before my sons birthday party. Confirmed what a party tray size is (2 xxl pizzas) Said I needed 2. Apparently my mistake was asking to have one party be half and half with toppings Ordered the pizza, salad and paid for it the day prior. The order shows up almost an hour late and its wrong. I have one party tray with half split toppings and the other half topped with what was supposed to be the other whole party tray. The driver says he will have them call. An hour later I had to call since I have hungry guests and not enough food. The order taker didn't get it right and all that was offered by the manager was an argument after I had to call back to get answers as to what was happening or could be done. All he did say is you got what you were charged for. This is where you lost. A woman calls later with attitude in her voice claiming the calls are recorded and the would call to play it for me. A pathetic discount of a few dollars was offered only to remedy their mistake. Its been days and no call to prove their righteousness. Ended up picking up hot and ready's. Sorry Passport, my business will not be yours again since arguing to be right was more important to you than correcting...

Why must the same girl pizza driver try to scam me 3 different times so I have a couple address in the same area same afraican female delivered to me every time I was given a price over the phone every time she will always tell me it's 2 too 3 dollars more then I don't ever say anything I don't think anybody ever does so my real amount was under $14 dollars with delivery so I give my $20 dollars too her and ask for $5 back she tells me I don't have change they should have told you I don't carry change well $5 dollars is $5 dollars I would not care but she is out there pulling fast ones on ppl this happen to me today 12/5/17 so 3 hours later I'm still waiting on my change I'll give them until 9 you stole from the wrong dude ....

There's a update for you folks she has returned with the correct amount on the receipt and my money this only happened cuz I opened my mouth and called them the guy mike that answers the phone is very professional on hadleing this this problem we will try passport pizza again from another address and we will see if miss Grinch will try her fast money making business again by the way the pizza at this location is...

If I could give them a 0, I would, not because their food is bad, or that they weren’t nice when you placed your order, but because they are dishonest. My husband and I ordered a pizza and breadsticks. The order was $35.79 I believe, they called almost and hour later to tell us the delivery driver had a flat tire off of 33 mile and we live at 27 mile (which you would have thought they would have dropped it off first) and they wouldn’t be able to deliver the pizza’s because they had them with them. The lady was apologetic and said they would credit our debit account and never did. It’s been 3 weeks and I had to file a dispute with our bank to get our money back. Every time I called, will call you back they said. First it was 48 hours for the credit, then it was 7 days, then 10 days. I mean, just be honest and do right by people. That was wrong!
