My kids and I went there for dinner yesterday. My daughter and I got black olives on our sub when she opened her sub she ate one of the black olives that fell off the sub and said this is nasty I tried it and it was. Then I tried one off my sub and it was also nasty. So I called up there and the laid that was works was rude and told me the manager was not in I would have to call back tomorrow I said I just want my subs replaced with out the black olives she said I can't help you. I said that's fine I will call corporate the guy at corporate took down all the info and said the owner would call me. I ask if I should wait for the owners call or get my daughter something else to eat he said if I brought it back with the recipe she would more then likely replace it. I got there and told her I dk what you need to do calll your manager or what but I need them replaced she got an attitude grabbed the subs throw them on the counter behind her and went in the back. She can back out with an attitude and remade the subs. I thanked her for the subs and walked out. The owner called me today and I missed the call he left a voicemail saying how they get inspection done twice a month and went on about how he knows they were not bad. I did try to call back and did not get an answer. I have ate at this subway many of times in the past and never had a problem but after the rude service yesterday I will never eat...
Read morei order a ham and cheese sandwich on ITALIAN HERB BREAD toasted..... and recieved a lettuce and bacon sandwich on regular bread... went inside to order and everything and they had the metal grates uo blocking my sight so i couldnt see my sandwich. ordered two of the same and when they were "toasted" they were put in together and came out, surprisingly!! not toasted at all!! awful sandwich will never be getting another sub from here again, considering they make it infront of you and cant tell ham apart from bacon?? and fail to even add cheese.. a waste of time. the subway at 26 mile has a drive thru that ive ordered from and they haven't messed my sub up - but restricting me from seeing the sandwich being made and then making it incorrectly infront of me when they had no one else in the building is crazy. ive worked food and customer service and even i know this is unacceptable. ill take my business elsewhere to a subway with workers who actually listen to the customer instead of throwing whatever they feel like on to a random bread so they can hurry back to their phones :) worst sandwich and customer service ive ever had to be...
Read moreNot sure who’s working tonight… it’s April 2nd at like 7pm but the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I mean she even knew she was rude because she told us to skip the tip when we were cashing out.. my husband said why you are working hard, very nicely to try and cheer her up a little and nope she said no I don’t. but I could agree with her on that she didn’t deserve any tip. Just very very rude. he even tried nicely to make conversation and she just completely and blatantly ignored him. I do not care if you were having a terrible day or had a rude customer before us, yes I’m sorry but we all experience days like that you’re not the only one sweetheart we all have to work hard for a living.
