Taiz kabob Mediterranean Grill& juice bar — Restaurant in Lenox Township

I can't say enough about my recent experience at Taiz Kabob. What could have been a horrible experience became a lesson in customer care. When the GrubHub driver didn't deliver the majority of our food Kim the manager of Taiz Kabob was in our corner. She contacted the driver, customer service, and me multiple times to make sure everything was taken care of. This all after she could've went home as the restaurant was closed. She made me feel like I was as important as a family member. We ended up getting the rest of the food a half an hour later than we got the first part. 10/10. I would always recommend. Kim was amazing to my boyfriend Mark and I. We ordered for the first time tonight through GrubHub and even though our GrubHub driver was a complete disaster, Kim made sure the situation was made right and our food was delicious!
