20 Past 4 Jackson — Local services in Leoni Township

Of all the places around Jackson and Ann arbor, 20 past 4 is the best. The store feel homely not industrial or flashy just welcoming, like a small gas station or independent coffee shop. Nothing makes you feel rushed or like your being forced to buy something you don't want.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and over all just awesome.

The selection is on par with every other dispo, however the atmosphere and people make this my go to.

But the best part of this dispo, they don't make you feel dumb for asking a question. Distillate, rso, tincture, anything, they have the answers for you. Will explain what is best for what you need, and won't push the high dollar stuff when you don't want it.

Always friendly and knowledgeable, never pushy or rude when you ask them a ton of questions. Very good at describing flavors and effects, I always trust them for recommendations because they aren’t pushing the most expensive things, they actually listen to what you want. I always return here over other places. The surrounding area prices are comparable but the customer service is second to none and they take pride in their set up. Order online and the bud tenders are quick to process the order from taking id at your window to bringing product out. Very professional, yet friendly. Talked to them on a Monday, they said my pre ordered clones wouldn’t be sold to anyone else and would be waiting for me when I get there. Higher end clones. I get there (10 hour drive) and find out they sold my clones to someone else, and then they tried to blame the nursery for the issue. Now the higher end clones are out of stock and unavailable to purchase anywhere. They screwed me good I feel like. One of the employees even said “oh that was that order that we sold to that woman, yeah it got messed up”. So they obviously received the order in good condition, nothing to do with the nursery.
