Bob Evans — Restaurant in Leoni Township

It took 3 tries and a manager to get my order correct. Simple order... Coffee and the Everything breakfast (hash browns, eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, scallions and hollandaise sauce) without ham. First thing- the coffee was lukewarm. I waited over 5 minutes for the waitress to come back and she brought me hot fresh coffee Second thing- I ordered the Everything Breakfast without ham. First attempt- it had ham. Second attempt- no ham, but it didn't have scallions, tomatoes or cheese, and it was cold. Third attempt- the manager came over and he saw my plate and told me what it was missing. He bought my hot food, correctly prepared, 6.5 minutes later. When I got to the register to pay I found they charged me for biscuits. The breakfast came with bread and I told the waitress I wanted a biscuit- the manager acted like I ordered biscuits on top of what came with the meal. He could have saved the visit, but he failed. C'mon- Do you honestly think I wanted 3 biscuits for free. He should have automatically taken them off when I explained that was my choice of bread that came with the meal. Instead he made a production of it. I wasn't looking for a free meal but I'm not going to pay for something that I didn't order....

We had to wait at least 19 me ns before waitress came over to our table only to be told I'm going to get this other tables order I will be right back five minutes later she came back took our order 25 mins into waiting she came to our table asked how we were doing really! How can we be with no food I asked for our food the kitchens backed up per waitress 19 mins later she came with bread for us while waiting no plates to put it on finally food came my food was stone cold and my husband was slightly warm while we waited for another ten minutes the waitree finally came back to our table told her food was stone cold she offered me another choice I told her no the manager came over said they were ezmxtre eky busy the place was not full and he adjusted our bill for my food my husband decided to take his home to warm it up so it would be hot the waitress disappeared and never came back to our table so we had no choice but to leave without my husband's dinner even though we had to pay for it .this us not the first time we have had service will never go back and plan on telling all of our friends about the bad...

They brought my BLT out and the bacon was raw and their was grease all over the plate.So i asked the server to take it back and she did.Then she brings it back and all they did is pull the bacon off and burn it on the grill.So i asked her to get the woman manager the server went and told this manager and she goes in the back.The server comes back to the table and says the manager is busy but she will get with you in a minute.So we sit there and wait for 15 minutes and i asked the server to get the manager again she goes in the back and comes back out and says the manager said she is busy but she will give me a discount on my bill.I told her to give me the bill and i went and paid it with out any discounts and left.I am a manager at another company and would never treat a customer the way i was treated.I will never eat at that Bob Evans again unless that manager is fired for how she treats people.And she should not be aloud to dress the way she does with her top all opened up,people are trying to eat and that will make you lose your...
