The management of this "community" is systematically working to evict long-time residents from their homes and demolishing their trailers so they can be replaced with new double-wides. The elderly, veterans, the disabled, are all under attack, most with few or no options for other living situations. Deal didn't work out. Have been promised my deposit refund for two weeks now and still haven't received it. Have been in contact with Roy the Leslie sales guy and Kerry the finance gal and still no refund even though they have said it's on the way. Now I'm getting no responses. Very shady practices.
