Update 1/10/25: Once again, great experience buying equipment here. Mr. Krull made a deal for me on a John Deere Gator, and I went up to purchase it. I went there again from North Alabama because they far surpass any dealers near me in quality, speed, friendliness, honesty, and integrity. I will continue going to them for all my equipment needs.

Once again, everything was as described, easy, simple experience with Mr. Jones in closing the sale.

I’ll always recommend them and will come back to them every time I need any type of farm equipment.

THE BEST tractor buying experience. I drove up from Alabama to buy from them, after having a series of very bad experiences at my local Massey dealership (Haney Equipment). Purchased a Yanmar SA425, and had them build their custom 3rd function grapple kit (HIGHLY RECOMMEND). They had the parts for it ordered, installed, and delivered in only a week.

I just got it delivered, and I already love both the tractor and their grapple / 3rd function kit. Very clean install, and it looks like a factory kit for how well they did it.

Robert, the owner, was who I worked with from my first message on Marketplace about one of their tractors on an ad. Went up to look in person, and had a great experience talking with him. Matthew at Tractor Town was very helpful in our purchase on a mini excavator. He got us extra pictures and video of the machine. He even looked up some part numbers and prices for the machine for us. Robert help us with delivery, he made sure to get a reliable transporter for. Ex: the first guy to show up to pick the mini up the seller had some concerns about the trailer and the guys moral compass. Seller called Robert talked to him and sent some pic and Robert pulled the plug on that guy and notified me right away he was getting someone different. Yeah it did get here 2 days later but no one got hurt and the mini made it. The driver stayed in contact with us the whole day as well for up dates on eta! I can’t say enough good things about Robin and her team at Tractor Town. She was great to work with and extremely helpful as I looked first at used inventory and then at the line of new Yanmar tractors. I was surprised to receive such a high level of service since I am an out-of-state customer with a small family farm in SC. We worked together for several months as she helped me find the right tractor, and put together a package of attachments and implements at a great price. The whole process was extremely easy, and there were no surprises or issues with my purchase, from finding the right financing to valuing my trade-in equipment, all the way through delivery and post-sale follow-up.
