Absolutely horrible company to do business with they lie they put you in contracts without you knowing without your agreeing without anything they take you agreeing to a trial. Of 30 days as a contract for two or three years on a tablet so another line on your account increasing your bill to $700 and then when you try to figure it out they refuse to listen to the recorded conversation that they say that they record for these purposes charge you fees to cancel those lines because you don't have them anyways you've sent the devices back they give you a different reason every time when you try to figure it out it takes all day to get anywhere but really is nowhere because nothing gets resolved still getting charged 700 something dollars I've done the fraud case they say no because I agreed to the trial. Not to a contract not to any of that they refuse to listen to the recorded lines once again would solve all their problems so they could hear what their salesman people call me I didn't call them they called me and this is what happened so be careful with who you do business with I do not suggest them they still to this day have not made it right I'm getting ready to cancel every line and go to a different company

Read moreWe switched 4 lines to AT&T and while we were there Cassie talked us into a home internet that would be better than our Cable One internet, for only $45/month, and have unlimited data and no throttling. After we received our bill, for over $460 - when we were quoted $310 in store by Cassie, I went in to ask why and was informed she put us on the premium plan, but quoted us the Unlimited & More plan. When she switched the plans, it began throttling our internet - then I was told by AT&T tech support the hotspot they sold us are not eligible for unlimited plans and they "tricked the system into thinking they're cell phones, and when the system updates the IMEI #s our plan will sky rocket.
All in all, they lied to us in almost every aspect of our plan. I would recommend doing all your research, and not believing in store reps if what they say goes against what is n posted online.

He was friendly, gaves us do-able phone plan options, and remained professional when my family member accidentally dropped the f-bomb! LoL. 😂 Hey Guys - thank you so much for fixing my husband's phone... he's a lot nicer now! 🙄...🤣 I appreciate the calm and professional customer service demonstrated by AT&T staff! Since Verizon unexpectedly (!) shutdown tower connection in outlying areas, our family had to transfer multiple phones, which was no easy task.
