First off I loved mandarin Pine! I would come 183 miles one way to eat their food :) I have found I am coming through about every 45 days :) so mandarin Pine is always on my must eat there list every time! So 45 days ago they was closed :( every Monday now they are closed :( okay well Everyone needs a day off and so I have been waiting around till Tuesday to have for lunch I always get the lemon chicken, fried rice, and pork chow mein I think it is with hard noodles. Their soup is phenomenal I love it! So Tuesday October 26, 2021 I ordered the lunch that I always order:( The woman that has always waited on me proceeded to tell me that the Rice they put on my plate was fried rice! It was steamed rice with way too much soy sauce added to it and that’s it:( oh I was really upset:( I know what fried rice is I know what their fried rice is and I know what she was telling me was there fried rice was not fried rice and she proceeded to tell me that if I wanted the regular fried rice with the vegetables and everything in it it costs extra:(!!!!! The lunch I ordered was Lemon chicken I believe it supposed to be pork fried rice or just fried rice And chow mein with crispy noodles For 7.95 $ I felt lied to I felt ripped off I felt extremely disrespected as a patron And I know my money doesn’t count for anything But I’m not going back there. It was wrong for her to lie to me and tell me what they gave me was fried rice and then turn around and tell me that if I want real fried rice it would cost extra and I need to buy a bigger plate:( So I spent the eight dollars and got rice that was an edible because it was so salty from all that soy sauce and it was really so salty it wasn’t really edible:( I left just as soon as I can get A to go box because at least I could feed my dog:( She didn’t...

Unbelievable that this place is even in business. Horrible service, food and atmosphere. I placed an order online at 6:30pm for one of the family meals for 3. Got a notification saying that the order would be ready by 7pm. I thought, thats not too bad.....

I arrived about 6:40 and just sat in my car for awhile. At 7pm I went in. Nobody was at the front area. I waited for a few minutes as other people came in, waiting to be seated or for their order. Finally a lady ask for my name.

They weren't overly busy. As people entered they were seated right away and the people waiting for their pickup orders were given them within a decent amount of time. I acted as a door man for everyone coming in and out.

Long story short I didn't get my order until after 7:30pm. No apology, no discount nothing but a thanks for your patience.

Finally made it home a half an hour later to a starving wife and kids who i told I was going to surprise with some take out.

Wife made up my plate while I got settled in and what a disappointment. Realized rifht there that I will never order from this place again and that Panda Express has way better looking and tasting food, as well as better service in a much better time frame.

In this big $85 family meal, all you get is a bunch of old looking slop, and 3 half size kabobs. The teriyaki meat looks like a gray piece of leather and didnt taste much different. Such a waste of time...

First off, the food is tasty. No complaints there. However you must watch the bill very closely! We ordered a Dinner for 2 which was listed in the menu as being $40. We were told the dinner for 2 feeds 3 easily. Since there was 3 of us eating, we asked for the Dinner for 2. However when the bill came, it was $60! I asked why and was told that since dinner for 2 was $40 and there were 3 people, that means $20 more... WRONG! The price shown in the menu made absolutely no mention of any "price per person". Had it been listed, we would have abided by that rule or ordered something else. I complained to a manager and was told it was listed in the menu. I asked him to show me where! He couldn't show me because it wasn't! So I got a refund. I wonder how many times that scam pays off for them?? Too bad they can't just be honest and not play games. They turned an otherwise enjoyable dining experience and ruined it by being greedy. Not very smart. Also, since we are clearing the air, I suggest that the restaurant cleaning staff clean the cobwebs from between the chair back and the window on that corner booth we sat at... I would have overlooked that had I not felt I was being gouged on my food bill....

THIS IS NOT CHINESE FOOD! Food: Ordered the #3. Cafeteria standard. There was some mushy slope of onions and celery, with shaved red bbq pork sprinkled on top which tasted somewhat like the overly thickened soup - I am guessing it is supposed to be some kind of salad. Sweet and sour chicken was dry but at least crunching until the sad sauce softens it (better to keep it separate), when I read crispy noodles, I expect the thin fried noodles, not some corrupted thick fried noodles pretending to be Asian food that you can buy from the grocery store. The spicy chicken .. wrong kind of spicy, but acceptable. Service: Oh, they lost my order - but at least they came out to make sure everyone had been tended to, so kudos to that.. Atmosphere: feels more like a bar then a restaurant, but above average.

So I'm gonna give their food a 20/20 it's so freaking good, honestly probably the best restaurant style Asian cuisine we've ever had, whoever your chef is keep him tight and give him a raise because he or she knows their flavors, we were so impressed with the food, sadly our waitress could have been more attentive, she checked on us once the whole 1 1/2 hours we were there besides dropping off our main dishes so we didn't leave a tip, we noticed she was helping everyone else way more, but beyond crummy customer service the food was well worth it. And the host was very nice, Thank you so much to the Mandarin pine chef we will return. We decided we found our new date spot, it's a very clean restaurant and the minute you walk in it smells amazing 😍🤩 I think Gordan Ramsay would approve 💜🤤🤤🤤
