Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lewiston

Done with this store! I've been a faithful customer of Pizza Hut for more than 20 years, but I've never seen a store one so incompetently. I had a complete a couple weeks ago and Amanda was nice enough to send me a card in the mail for a complimentary lunch or dinner I'm at Walmart currently I remembered I have the coupon at home so I tried to call the store and asked if I can use it for order for dinner they said you sure. I ordered I was going to give them my debit card for to pay for the difference that the card didn't pay for, I was asked a total of five times with the card number was I told them I didn't have a card number because there wasn't one on there. And I can hear another employee in the background question me. "What card?!...by who??.... what's the number on it??" I was asked if I had card with me. I told the kid on phone 6th time that I didn't have it on me. He said to me, "unfortunately, if you don't have the car on you you can only take your debit card for payment..." At this point I lost Patience and hung up.. you guys ain't going to get any more money on me. A couple of minutes after ordering delivery online, I got a text saying that door dash was bringing it which I really didn't care for. I left a tip and that went to the driver luckily, but the pizza took almost an hour to get to me despite them foisting the order off somewhere else. By the time my pizza came it tasted old and was obviously left under a heat lamp. I also ordered extra sauce which was not added and the pizza was dry as a bone. I'm honestly surprised that the order was even correct considering every time I order wings, they're the wrong flavor.

I paid $10 in fees making the total $24 for one pizza which is outrageous. I have no idea where my delivery fee went for this past order. I paid $5 for delivery only to have them tell me my order went to door dash. I also noticed that if I don't tip at least 18%, my pizza will be late and old. It's happened more than once.

So me and my family dine in and the servicer was not okay. They brought us our food and not even 5 minutes after that just because my 8 month old started crying there was another family there kids and a new born that was also crying the sever brought us our check and was rushing us out we didn't even get to take a bite of our food.
